The Cygnus Underwater diver-held ultrasonic thickness gauge has been built to withstand harsh subsea environments while providing quick and accurate metal thickness measurements through coatings or heavy corrosion. This diver-held thickness gauge is simple to operate using 3 function keys, an intuitive menu and a large LCD display – highly visible, even in low-visibility waters.

The Cygnus 1 Ex is an Intrinsically Safe Ex gauge, designed for taking reliable thickness measurements in all hazardous gas Zones (0, 1 & 2), coal mines and combustible dust Zones (21, 22). The Cygnus 1 Ex Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a rugged, handheld, intrinsically safe instrument designed for taking reliable thickness measurements in Zone 0 Explosive Atmospheres – making it ideal for use in fuel depots, road and vessel tankers, mines, chemical plants, oil and gas, refineries, pipelines, hazardous storage tanks and other hazardous environments. This intrinsically Safe UTG is also certified for safe use in combustible dust Zones (21, 22), such as flour mills, sugar plants, and wood manufacturing.

The Cygnus 4 General Purpose ultrasonic thickness gauge is a small, simple to use and durable through coating digital thickness gauge that uses the multiple-echo measuring mode for accurate and reliable thickness measurement readings up to 20 mm thick.

With its twin shot injection design for harsh environments, simple to use keypad, intuitive menus and large colour LCD display which can be viewed in all lighting conditions - this UT gauge is perfect for general industry use.
