Professionals Industrial Services is an independent organization providing supplementary services in non-destructive testing and Corrosion Monitoring for Engineering Industries & also at project sites. It deploys qualified personnel & approved equipments meet the specific requirement of the client industries.
Non Distractive Testing
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a wide group of analysis techniques used in industry to evaluate the properties and identify the defects of a material, component or system without causing damage. It is a highly valuable technique that can save both money and time in product evaluation, troubleshooting, and research.
Common NDT methods include ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, radiographic, remote visual inspection (RVI), and eddy current testing
QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
Professionals Industrial Services management and staff are committed to running a business that is to become a regional leader in providing inspection services and corrosion monitoring which meet or exceed client satisfaction. We believe that by doing so we can sustain and economically viable business that is able to invest in improving the scope and quality of each service while also string to enhance staff competence. We believe that adherence to the motto of “do it right the first time” requires the implementation of a robust ISO 9001-2000 quality system throughout the organization and that it is responsibility of each and every employee. Quality objective of various functional level will be identified and measure to ensure effective quality system. Training and education of employees will be conducted for continuous improvement.

Radiographic Testing (RT), or industrial radiography, is a nondestructive testing (NDT) method of inspecting materials for hidden flaws by using the ability of short wavelength electromagnetic radiation (high energy photons) to penetrate various materials.

Magnetic particle Inspection (MPI) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) process for detecting surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities in ferroelectric materials such as iron, nickel, cobalt, and some of their alloys. The process puts a magnetic field into the part. The piece can be magnetized by direct or indirect magnetization.

Penetrant testing (PT), is a widely applied inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics). The penetrant may be applied to all non-ferrous materials and ferrous materials. LPI is used to detect casting, forging and welding surface defects such as hairline cracks, surface porosity, leaks in new products, and fatigue cracks on in-service components.

Ultrasonic Shear Wave, sometimes referred to as Angled Beam Ultrasonic testing, can be used to inspect pipe, critical welds in pressure vessels and plate weldments, and can be used to inspect cracks for depth, size, length and orientation.
This is a common technique used for non-destructive testing, which provides a sensitive, fast and cost effective method to detect, locate and validate a range of large to small defects/deterioration.

Ultrasonic thickness measurement (UTM) is a method of performing non-destructive measurement (gauging) of the local thickness of a solid element (typically made of metal, if using ultrasound testing for industrial purposes) basing on the time taken by the ultrasound wave to return to the surface. This type of measurement is typically performed with an ultrasonic thickness gauge.
