When you need to test pipes with a DR X-ray system, there’s always the challenge of attaching the panel to the pipe and improvising solutions onsite.
That’s why Vidisco has developed the Pipe Mount – a hand-free solution. A strong and stable device which ensures that the panel will be firmly placed in the position needed and won’t move until you’ve captured the images. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and can be quickly adjusted to fit any pipe width.
The COMET – PXS EVO 225D/DS, X-Ray Source is used for weld inspection, aluminum casting, or composite materials. A combination of up to 225 kV and 900 W max power makes it well-suited for all field inspection jobs.
The system also meets the IP65 standard, making it fully operational in dusty and wet conditions, and extreme environments, as well as within a broad temperature range (-20°C to +50°C).
On top of this, the ergonomic design and low weight (26 kg) make it easy to handle and re-position for easy workflow.

The Combox, small and lightweight at only 400g (~0.8lbs) and just 30mm (~1.2″) in thickness, provides charging capabilities down the line and is removable as well, so it can be connected to different display units (laptops & tablets) through a single USB3 (detachable) connector.

The ERESCO 42 mf4 X-Ray Source is a reliable, portable 200 kV Vidisco product designed for reliability in some of the world’s toughest conditions!
It optimizes airflow for a maximum cooling effect and offers a material penetration of up to 42 mm (1.65”) Fe with a 2.0 density after a 10-minute exposure. Perfectly suited for weld inspection, aluminum casting, and composite materials, it gives you optimal images and longer operational time.
