TOFDV6A - EKOSCAN

TOFD V6a Universal Calibration Block made of carbon steel or stainless steel, according to plan ”OU001-0695v with a general geometric tolerance of +/- 0.1mm.

The TOFD V6A block consists of 5 steps ranging from 13 to 53 mm. Each step has a cut of length 15 mm, opening 0.2 mm, depth 3 mm and a flat bottom hole of diameter and depth 3 mm..

At the edge of the block is a radius of 50 mm and a radius of 10 mm and 4 flat-bottomed holes with a diameter of 1.5 mm and a depth of 25 mm.

On one side of the block are implanted two notches of length 15 mm, opening 0.2 mm, depth 1 and 2 mm.

On the other side of the block is a notch of length 20 mm, opening 0.2 mm, depth 5 mm and 3 holes flat bottom diameter 1.5 mm and depth 25 mm.

The block is laser engraved and delivered with its support to allow easy calibration.
